McCully-Mōʻiliʻili Fire Station

City & County of Honolulu Fire Department

Honolulu, Hawaii
Completed 2009

The McCully-Mōʻiliʻili Fire Station is located at the corner of University Avenue and Date Street. The fire station accommodates two battalions in a durable, low-maintenance, state-of-the-art facility.

The station supports the engine and ladder companies in all of their needs, including the maintenance and repair of equipment required to respond to an emergency call quickly and safely from anywhere in the station. In addition, the station has amenities that help to make it a pleasant place to live, work and train – a home away from home.

The fire station provides three apparatus bays for a ladder truck, fire engine and a relief apparatus.  The first floor includes the main apparatus bays, station office, officers’ quarters, exercise room, kitchen, dining, decontamination room and a public toilet. The second floor is reserved for fire personnel dormitories, library, toilets, and lockers.
